The valve(s) should be tagged. If not, let us know and we'll label them for you.

Do you qualify for a Service Agreement?
Controller Access
  • Hunter ProHC or Rachio WiFi Controller with The Sprinkler Guy set as your contractor
  • Hunter ProC/ICC or ICore either outdoor or with an outdoor remote port installed somewhere accessible
  • We can stop by for service calls and annual services any time we're in the area without needing to schedule, saving us time which saves you the set fee/cost of a service call ($40).
Familiarity with your Shut Off valve(s) in the basement (see diagrams above)
We will no longer need access inside! No one needs to be home for Shut Down!
  • Start Up: Have the RPZ ready for us to re-install as we close all valves and tighten fittings on the outside, then we'll instruct you when to turn the water on/open the valve(s) in the basement.
  • Shut Down: Have the water off/valve(s) closed in the basement before  the week in October you've chosen to have your system shut down. No set appointment time!
